Fellow Chroniclers your source for the latest reviews The Chronicle Film Podcast has dropped a new episode. In episode 68 we head to Racoon City, a new Jane Austen adaption plus one man and his dog in the wild.

A few weeks since we last spoke, for the latest episode myself, Bradley are joined by Gemma a regular writer at The Peoples Movies. For Episode 68 we review Zach Cregger‘s Resident Evil starring Austin Abrams as our everyman Medical courier. After arriving late to a hospital he’s offered an opportunity for a higher paid delivery job to Racoon City. Unaware he’s driving into the middle of a fast moving deadly outbreak.

Next up myself and Gemma review 2 films, first it’s Sense and Sensibility starring Daisy Edgar-Jones, Esme Creed-Miles who play sisters Elinor and Marianne Dashwood. They are forced to move out of family home with younger sister and widowed mother to a humble cottage as the sisters attempt to attract suitors. This also stars, George MacKay, Frank Dillane, Catriona Balfe, Fiona Shaw  and Herbert Nodrum. Finally everyone loves a dog in film and David Ayer’s Heart Of The Beast starring Brad Pitt. He is James a retired special forces veteran who is forced to trek 58 miles with his traumatized dog Odin, when his plane crashes in the Alaskan wilderness.
