FrightFest Time! Listen To Episode 49 of The Chronicle!

Someone with a white hooded mask with a gun is looking for someone in The Rows,

Last month the dark heart of cinema FrightFest took place and myself and Aaron Gillingham reviewed the festival. Fellow Chroniclers, it’s time for another episode of The Chronicle film Podcast. In episode 49.

FrightFest 2025 takes over central London every summer and the 26th edition promises a weird, the wild and wonderful year.

In this episode Myself and Aaron chat about a selection of the movies including The Toxic Avenger Uncut. The  long-awaited remake of the Troma Films cult classic, starring   Peter Dinklage, Kevin Bacon, Jacob Tremblay and Elijah Wood  all star in this one. Winston Gooze (Dinklage)  is an ordinary worker, who after a shocking accident, transforms a downtrodden janitor into a mutant vigilante. Armed with his signature mop, the unlikely hero battles freaks, gangsters and corrupt CEOs while trying to save his relationship with his son.

We also cover Home, The Rows, The Caretaker to name a few…
