Last Sunday 12th March 2023 marked the end of the 2023 Glasgow Film Festival. What perfect reason to create Episode 3 of The Chronicle, the official film Podcast of Chronicles In Film.
Glasgow Film Festival celebrated it’s 19th year in existence with film for all. A wide selection of great independent films from around the world . The festival will also be the focus for the next couple of Podcast episodes and the new episode we have 3 new films.
First film is the Japanese genre shifting film A Man. A film that starts of looking like a Romantic drama before coming a crime procedural thriller. Then we head into the near future with French sci-fi drama Tropic, when brotherly love is put to the test. Then we finish in Spain with the intriguing thriller The Beasts starring Denis Menochet (Inglorious Basterds).
